Get Ready: It's US OPEN Time!

Camila Pinheiro from São Paulo, Brazil created the phenomenal 2023 artwork, featuring Billie Jean King. This year marks the 50th anniversary of equal prize money given to both men and women players. To read more about the history of equal prize money, click here: USOPEN.org


The current No. 1s world ranked players, Carlos Alcaraz and Iga Swiatek, are slated to compete in the 2023 US Open tournament. Four Americans are ranked in top 10 in the world and worth following in this event: No. 4 Jessica Pegula and No. 7 Coco Gauff, and No. 9 Taylor Fritz and No. 10 Frances Tiafoe.


In addition to singles, doubles and mixed doubles, the tournament also includes events for senior, junior, and wheelchair players.


Qualifying matches begin Tuesday, August 22nd. Main Draw matches begin Monday, August 28th. For those of us not able to travel to Flushing Meadows, NY, watch many of the matches on the ABC/ESPN family of networks.
