Our Junior Leadership Committee empowers and engages
junior players in decision-making processes that impact their tennis experience. This committee provides a platform
for players to share their ideas, perspectives, and experiences
while developing their leadership skills, fostering social connections, and building confidence.
Through their participation players can become effective advocates for their peers, helping to shape policies and initiatives that promote equity, diversity and inclusivity.
